Steps to Achieve Your Pro Card

1. **Submit a Written Application**

- Include details about your achievements, goals, and how you’ve contributed to the sport of powerlifting (e.g., coaching, mentoring, volunteering, or promoting the sport).

- Attach a written explanation of your understanding of representing **Team Great Britain** and the role of a Pro Card holder.

2. **Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)**

- You will be required to sign an NDA as part of the process.

3. **Meet the Performance Standards**

- You must achieve the required lifts relative to your body weight in the squat, bench press, and deadlift. The standards vary by category:

**Men’s Open Pro Card Standards**

- Double body weight squat

- 1.5 times body weight bench press

- Double body weight deadlift

**Men’s Master 3 and Above Pro Card Standards**

- 1.5 times body weight squat

- 1.25 times body weight bench press

- 1.75 times body weight deadlift

**Ladies’ Open Pro Card Standards**

- Double body weight squat

- 1.25 times body weight bench press

- Double body weight deadlift

**Ladies’ Master 3 and Above Pro Card Standards**

- 1.5 times body weight squat

- Body weight bench press

- 1.5 times body weight deadlift

4. **Compete Annually in International WPU Meets**
